Welcome to Meridian, an AI workspace operated by Open Brain ("Open Brain", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Meridian at meridian.openbrain.co.in or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU), have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms in full. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Meridian by Open Brain provides a model-agnostic AI workspace enabling users to interact with multiple third-party large language models — including Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini, Grok, NVIDIA NIM, Qwen, MiniMax, and others — through a single unified interface. The Service includes:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
To access most features you must register for an account. You agree to: provide accurate and complete registration information; maintain the security of your credentials; notify us immediately at security@openbrain.ai of any unauthorised use; and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of all content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content you grant Open Brain a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process, store, and transmit it solely as necessary to provide the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. We do not use your User Content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
The Service provides access to AI models operated by third parties. When you use these models through Meridian, you are also subject to the usage policies of the respective providers. Open Brain acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the outputs, accuracy, or behaviour of third-party AI models. Providers include Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT-4o), Google DeepMind (Gemini), xAI (Grok), and NVIDIA, among others.
Certain features require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to pay all fees at the pricing listed at purchase. All fees are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.
To cancel, contact billing@openbrain.ai or manage your subscription in account settings.
The Service — including its design, software, content, trademarks, and the Torqon context engine — is owned by Open Brain and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right beyond the limited licence to use the Service as described herein. "Open Brain" and "Meridian" are trademarks of Open Brain. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OPEN BRAIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO OPEN BRAIN IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $100.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will do so.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
